I can't say enough positive about the service levels I received. This review is not just on the spark plugs, but their customer service levels which is far more important than an off the shelf part you can buy at many locations. It's the service levels that you can't get anywhere else!
To summarize and make it simple, I did the E85 Big Injector package. I also added a fresh set of plugs, even tho my machine only had 475miles on it. I was gonna pull them to regap them anyways so why not. Anyways I get the ecu back and I now have a crank no start issue.
I go back over my work and the connectors I had touched during the job.
Pulled the ecu back off to make sure no pins on the harness or ecu side had been bent or compromised.
So everything is visibly fine. I reach out to validate the process as well as to get the other tune files sent to me.
Sure enough I get a phone call from John himself to go over things. We decided we needed to get a better look at the ECU data. So he offers to take his laptop home and work with me, well after hours to source the problem. It ends up being an anomaly, and a first experience for him in this issue. So from over the phone, after hours, sourcing an issue that was not related to their work, they helped me find the issue that had nothing to do with their tune or my install process. (The throttle body was STUCK, for those curious. P1614 Code).
The point is, they went above and beyond to help me with an obscure issue unrelated to their work AFTER HOURS, during his family time.
I am thankful for John, as he knew I had time constraints and he worked with me.
You don't get this service often anymore.
