    ~ Radiator fan activation lowered to 190* F
    ~ Rough road detection is raised to max to prevent power loss
    ~ Rev limiter is raised to 8400 RPM
    ~ Speed limiter is removed
    ~ Two-foot operation is activated
    ~ Torque limits for L raised to 100%
